Thank you for shopping with NCEFFOODS  owned by Africa Exports Pavilions UK Limited.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of goods and services, we are here to help. In case of a quality issue or shipment error, products can be returned within 3 days of the receipt of the product.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

• The product was received not more than 3 days ago.
• The product is in its original packaging.
• Please ensure upon taking product sampling no contamination occurs.

Send the product with its original packing to the address indicated at the time of shipment.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Please make sure you take pictures of goods received in damaged condition.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded.

Cancellation

Orders with payment confirmed or shipped can no longer be cancelled.
